 Lee and I were able to talk to Mom on the phone for the first time tonight. What a gift to hear your loved one's voice! She was moved to the same floor as Dad. Mom was able to go and spend a nice long visit with Dad in the ICU. That is a tremendous blessing and comfort for them both today. 

Mom is still dealing with pneumonia. Today was discouraging as it had worsened some. Please pray for continued healing for her and for energy to begin slowly moving around more in the days to come. 

Dad is stable in the ICU. It has been effective for him to be lying prone in order to keep his oxygen levels up. Please pray for his lungs to continue healing, for his oxygen levels to remain high enough that he will not need to be intubated, and for his heart rate to remain at a low and healthy rate. His body is working so hard to fight this illness, he needs strength!

Once again, I am blown away by all of the love and care of so many. I know that the rest of my family near and far feels the same. Thank you so much! I don't have adequate words to express how powerful that is for us.
