This morning we got an update on Dad's condition. They have him stabilized on the ventilator now with all connections in place for IV medications and feedings. His oxygen saturation is remaining steady at the moment.
Please pray specifically for healing for Dad's lungs. Pray that at the very molecular level God will heal so that his body is rid of sickness and disease. Please pray for his body to be rid of pneumonia. Please pray for incredible wisdom for the doctors and nurses that are watching over my Dad and all of his body's levels and functions on the ventilator. Please pray for all comfort and peace to be given him and my whole family as we wait.
"Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For YOU have been my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy." Ps. 61:1-3
"They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord." Ps. 112:7
